Still.. some Amsterdam pics. This is an Middle-eastern/Northern African restaurant that functions in an old beautiful hamam (a tradition Turkish bath house – after living in Turkey 3 months I know that those places are fun!). Good food, beautiful design, more good food ..in a good coumpany. That is a great place!

Turkish tea and baklava – happiness… :)

I’m so happy to finally introduce some of my favourite places in the world to you. These three are from Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand.

1. iBerry (the best coffee shop/gelatteria/bakery/hang out place ever!) 2. an art gallery without name (young artists exhibiting outdoors and runing a little coffee/tea shop next to it) 3. awesome asian kitch shop in one of the design streets of CM, out of Nimmenheiman.

This was the nearet pub next to my guest house where I watched some World Cups (it was projected to the next building’s wall).  It’s just such an awesome  cool little place! with a real thai ‘mai pen lai’(never mind) attitude that they clean the plates from the last night on next mornng.. or afternoon. :)

So, I’ve kind of taken on a mission of photographing as many cool shops/cafes/galleries in Chiang Mai as possible – for my own record (yes, I’m one of those who is dreaming about having her own coffee shop & art space one day…) and for the delight of others.

To Tell is a bookshop, art gallery and a guest house which also sells tea and coffee. Nice, eh? By the way, Chiang Mai is awesome!

beautiful books and furniture!
